Terms of Service for My Kiyo Inc dba “Kiyo”

Welcome to My Kiyo Inc, doing business as "Kiyo." These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing your use of the kiyo web application and related services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You retain all rights to your User Content, but by posting it on kiyo, you grant kiyo and its users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party's intellectual property rights or these Terms.

5. Termination

kiyo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will immediately cease, and kiyo may permanently delete your account and User Content.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kiyo makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. You agree to hold Kiyo officers and employees harmless from any claims.

8. Taxes and Use

Kiyo is not responsible for collecting or remitting taxes or fees related to the use of any property on its platform. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in regards to permitting, taxes, and insurance to insure you are operating in a legal and compliant standing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which My Kiyo Inc operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

kiyo reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes to these Terms, and your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
